Returns Policy

30-Day Returns
If you don’t like it, you can return unused items in their original condition and packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Your statutory rights (UK/EU customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it without giving a reason. Our 30-day window is in addition to, not instead of, this right.

Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong item, the customer pays return shipping. We recommend a tracked service, because we can’t refund parcels lost in transit.

Faulty, damaged or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, email us within 14 days of delivery with photos and we’ll send a free replacement or a full refund, including shipping. You won’t need to return the item.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping fees and optional add-ons (Shipping Protection) are non-refundable, except where the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
The fastest way to swap a variant is to return the original and place a new order.
